Welding Machine Cart Plans

Say goodbye to flimsy welding carts with tiny wheels and flimsy cable hooks that get caught and bend easily. Build your own robust, fully welded 2-tier welding machine cart with large wheels and durable hooks. This cart isn't disposable, it's designed to last a lifetime. 

The upper shelf is designed to fit most compact MIG and TIG welders with a shelf dimension of 23"x12". The lower shelf will fit most TIG water coolers or a second machine. It has been designed to use only a few types of material to keep the build affordable and is a great project for a beginner or experienced fabricator. 

The plans include an 18 page step by step PDF with a full material list and dimensioned sketch drawings at each stage of fabrication. 

This cart can be completely fabricated by hand using an angle grinder, hand drill and MIG or TIG welder using the included sketch drawings and 1:1 template. 

Additional tools including a chop saw, welding table, drill press and plasma cutter would be helpful, but are not required. As an additional option, there are also DXF files for a CNC plasma table or laser cutting supplier to save a little time if wanted.

All dimensions and materials are in inches. There is not a metric version of these plans available at this time.
